Job description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Flutter Developer to join our team. As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications using the Flutter framework. Your expertise in Flutter and mobile app development will play a vital role in delivering exceptional user experiences across various platforms.

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to understand project requirements and translate them into functional mobile applications.
– Design, develop, test, and deploy robust Flutter applications for iOS and Android platforms.
– Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to industry standards and best practices.
– Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during the development, testing, and deployment phases.
– Optimize app performance for maximum speed and scalability.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve development processes.
– Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to project guidelines.
– Collaborate with the UX/UI design team to implement appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
– Contribute to the improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.
– Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when required.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
– Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in developing mobile applications using Flutter.
– Strong knowledge of Dart programming language and Flutter framework.
– Proficient in implementing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with JSON data.
– Experience with third-party libraries, plugins, and integrations within the Flutter ecosystem.
– Solid understanding of mobile app development best practices, including performance optimization, memory management, and security.
– Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
– Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
– Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with Firebase or other backend-as-a-service platforms.
– Knowledge of native mobile development (iOS or Android) and willingness to learn or work on native code when necessary.
– Familiarity with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
– Published apps on Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store.
– Experience with automated testing frameworks for Flutter, such as Flutter Test or Dart Test.
