We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead – Mobile Application Development to join our team and lead a group of four junior developers

Job Responsibilities:
As a Team Lead, your primary role will be to guide, mentor, and manage a small team of junior developers and oversee the end-to-end mobile application development process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Client Requirement Analysis: Understand client requirements, translate them into technical tasks, and communicate the project vision clearly to the team.
• Project Planning: Create project structures, development timelines, and wireframes to ensure smooth execution.
• Wireframing and Design Collaboration: Understand wireframing, app architecture, and user interface (UI) best practices to collaborate with designers.
• Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance, define app logic, and distribute tasks to junior team members based on their skills.
• Code Review: Review and ensure the quality of the code written by junior developers.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and debug application issues and implement best practices to enhance app performance.
• Team Management: Lead daily stand-ups, track team progress, and support professional development by mentoring and upskilling team members.

Required Skill Set:

• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong experience in Flutter, Dart, Android/iOS mobile app development.
  • Hands-on knowledge of app lifecycle management, API integration, and third-party libraries (REST APIs, Firebase, etc.).
  • Understanding of wireframing, UI/UX design, and mobile architecture.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and debugging mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with version control tools like Git/GitHub.
• Managerial and Communication Skills:
  • Ability to gather and document client requirements.
  • Experience in project structuring, planning, and delegation.
  • Strong team management and leadership skills, with experience leading technical teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving attitude with the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Experience:

• 4 to 5 years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or senior developer role.

Educational Qualification:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory if skills and experience align).
