\nWe are seeking a talented and experienced Flutter Developer to join our team. As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications using the Flutter framework. Your expertise in Flutter and mobile app development will play a vital role in delivering exceptional user experiences across various platforms.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to understand project requirements and translate them into functional mobile applications.
\n– Design, develop, test, and deploy robust Flutter applications for iOS and Android platforms.
\n– Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to industry standards and best practices.
\n– Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during the development, testing, and deployment phases.
\n– Optimize app performance for maximum speed and scalability.
\n– Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve development processes.
\n– Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to project guidelines.
\n– Collaborate with the UX\/UI design team to implement appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
\n– Contribute to the improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.
\n– Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when required.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\n– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
\n– Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in developing mobile applications using Flutter.
\n– Strong knowledge of Dart programming language and Flutter framework.
\n– Proficient in implementing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with JSON data.
\n– Experience with third-party libraries, plugins, and integrations within the Flutter ecosystem.
\n– Solid understanding of mobile app development best practices, including performance optimization, memory management, and security.
\n– Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
\n– Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
\n– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
\n– Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.<\/p>\n

Preferred Qualifications:<\/strong>
\n– Experience with Firebase or other backend-as-a-service platforms.
\n– Knowledge of native mobile development (iOS or Android) and willingness to learn or work on native code when necessary.
\n– Familiarity with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
\n– Published apps on Google Play Store and\/or Apple App Store.
